Granados music academy provides the best quality music education to young children and adults alike.

The academy specializes in 2 areas: choral training and private piano instruction.

Granados Music Academy is house to two choirs: a children’s choir and an adult women’s choir:

1. 1. Caritas Children’s Chorale, a children’s ensemble that engages children in meaningful chorale experiences. Caritas Children’s Chorale provides singers ages 8 to 16 with memorable performance experiences. Children participate-by audition only- in one of our two levels ensembles.
      • The training choir meets once a week for one hour.
      • The concert choir meets once a week for one hour and a half. Practices are essential to be able to participate in these ensembles.
   2. “Popurri Women’s Choir: an amateur women’s ensemble with an enthusiastic, persevering, and committed disposition. This choral group provides an opportunity for women to gather together in the pursuit of choral excellence. The repertoire draws most heavily upon folk music from various Latin-American countries. However, our goal is to expand our repertoire, and sing music from all over the world and from many cultures/  This group meets once a week for one hour and a half.

The second area of our program is the half hour or one hour individual or group piano lessons. Piano lessons are taught in a supportive and nurturing environment. Beginning students are taught the fundamentals of keyboard technique at their own pace while advanced students work their way through a wide-ranging repertoire. Children and Adults alike are able to take one hour group lessons (2 students).  These students taking group lessons receive many benefits, including teamwork, ensemble playing, and motivation.
